An Individualized Approach

Food intake modification:
After collecting a week of food entry data we examine it to try to find the root cause of what a client may be experiencing. Once the cause is determined we create an individualized meal plan. Certain foods will be included for specified disorders or diseases. The meal plan is part of the gut healing process. It will also be catered towards certain types of flavors the client prefers. What the meal plan includes:
Three meals a day and two snacks
Grocery List
Weekly check in’s
Comment section to note how the client feels after eating
Foods tailored to specific health goals or conditions

Each disease or disorder is specific and will have a specific plan that is individualized to each client. Things to expect: I will be asking for most recent blood work and medications that are currently being taken. We will also look at certain triggers and look at what makes the disease worse.

In order to feel great and live life optimally, we focus on more than just food. We will look at your lifestyle habits and stress levels. Our gut is significantly impacted by stress and lifestyle. It is pertinent to take lifestyle and stress management into our healing plan.
