All of the organ systems work together as one functioning unit, with our gut being at the center. To support the gut means to support our body as a whole.

Everything Starts in the gut.

My Educational and Professional Background

I graduated from California Lutheran University with a bachelors in Education. While attending I was a collegiate athlete. After graduation I went back to Santa Barbara. I helped in special needs classrooms and coached water polo. My goal was to be a nurse and took the pre-requisites courses.I worked as a medical assistant and consistently encountered patients who often times asked about diet. Slowly, I began to notice a gap in our medical system. We need more nutrition advocates and educators. I shifted from pursuing nursing to enrolling in a nutrition school. I graduated in January 2022 from Bauman College as a Holistic Nutritionist with honors.
